Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be available for Dalmatius subscription software and how to request one.

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Effective date: July 9, 2026

General policy

Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase or renewal. We may approve refunds at our discretion where the request is reasonable and there is no evidence of fraud, abuse, or excessive use.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then unless your account is suspended or a refund is issued.

Renewal charges

Renewal charges follow the same refund rules as first purchases. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. Forgetting to cancel does not automatically make a renewal refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Statutory rights

If consumer protection laws in your location give you a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right, those rights apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

EU and similar withdrawal rights

Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK, and some other locations may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service purchase. Where permitted by law, this right may be lost once you request immediate access, consent to digital delivery, and start using or benefiting from the software.

Digital software access

Dalmatius is delivered as digital subscription software. Where permitted by law, refund rights may not apply after you have started using or benefiting from the software during the relevant billing period.

Technical problems

If a material technical issue prevents access to paid software features and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund for the affected subscription period.

Refund requests

To request a refund, contact us at legal@dalmatius.com or through the contact form on this website. Include your account email, company name, payment date, and reason for the request. Discretionary refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the payment date.

Review timeline

We aim to reply to refund requests within 5 business days after receiving the information needed to review the request. Complex billing, fraud, technical, or legal reviews may take longer.

Partial refunds and proration

Partial refunds, credits, or prorated refunds are discretionary unless required by law. Cancelling during a billing period does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused time.

Processing fees and deductions

Where permitted by law, payment processing fees, currency conversion costs, taxes that cannot be recovered, chargeback fees, and similar transaction costs may be non-refundable or deducted from an approved refund.

Exclusions

Refunds may be declined for chargebacks or payment disputes already opened with a bank or payment provider, fraud, refund abuse, repeated refund requests, excessive use, account violations, promotional credits, free trials, expired request windows, or requests that lack enough information to verify the transaction.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider, card network, bank, and country. Access to the refunded subscription or product may end immediately.

Mandatory law

If this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection, refund, withdrawal, or payment law that applies to you, the mandatory law prevails.
